What is the payment plan?

  1. PBC documentation request.
  2. Reservation: €3,000 + 10% VAT = €3,300.
  3. Contract signing: 10% + VAT of the total (minus the €3,300 reservation).
  4. 10% deferred, spread over approximately 18 instalments during construction.
  5. Remaining 80% on delivery or mortgage financing (Q3 2028).

Can homes be customised?

Yes. Momentum projects can usually be customised in several areas, such as flooring materials, bathrooms and kitchen cabinetry.
