Purpose

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

At MOMENTUM GESTIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS, S.L.U. we process the information provided by data subjects for the purpose of:

  • Contacting interested parties when they request it and responding to their enquiries.
  • Managing the contractual relationship.
  • Establishing professional contact relationships.
  • Sending offers and products of interest, as well as a newsletter (commercial prospecting).

  • With regard to commercial prospecting directed at customers, the legal basis is the legitimate interest recognised in Article 21 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce, in order to send you offers of products or services similar to those initially contracted with the customer.

Retention period

Housing cooperatives

MOMENTUM GESTIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS, S.L.U., in its capacity as manager of cooperative developments, may disclose personal data to the promoting housing cooperative of the property development in which the data subject wishes to participate, for the purpose of managing their participation therein.

Third parties involved in the legal relationship

Data may be disclosed to those third parties that are necessary for the maintenance, development, fulfilment or control of the legal relationship, such as, by way of example but not limitation, financial institutions, construction companies or other professionals linked to the property development.

Data processors

MOMENTUM GESTIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS, S.L.U. may use service providers acting as data processors, who will process personal data on behalf of the entity following its instructions and in accordance with the corresponding data processing agreements.

Likewise, MOMENTUM GESTIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS, S.L.U. may act as a data processor with respect to personal data for which housing cooperatives to which it provides services are responsible.

MOMENTUM GESTIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS, S.L.U. uses generative artificial intelligence tools to improve the quality and efficiency of its service delivery and the development of its professional activities. These internal-use tools operate in closed and secure corporate environments, subject to MOMENTUM GESTIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS, S.L.U.'s internal policies on confidentiality, information security and data protection.

Companies in the MOMENTUM corporate group

Additionally, personal data may be disclosed to the companies comprising the MOMENTUM corporate group, engaged in the real estate sector and in the management of property developments and housing cooperatives, for the following purposes:

  • Administrative management, internal group coordination and the provision of services related to the requested property development, on the basis of the corporate group's legitimate interest.
  • Sending commercial communications relating to products, services or promotions of the Group, only when the data subject has given their express consent.

In any event, Group companies will act as independent data controllers, duly informing the data subject about the processing of their personal data.

International data transfers

If you expressly consent to being contacted via WhatsApp by ticking the corresponding box on the information request form, your contact details (telephone number) may be used to send communications through that application.

We may also contact you via WhatsApp if you consent to the communication of your data to MOMENTUM GESTIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS, S.L.U. through third-party platforms (for example, via Idealista).

MOMENTUM GESTIÓN DE COOPERATIVAS, S.L.U. does not carry out international data transfers, but uses tools that may involve international data transfers and uses providers that may carry out international data transfers.
