Steps to formalise your interest in Central Park Garden. Information for guidance only; official terms prevail.

Payment plan

  1. PBC documentation request.
  2. Reservation: €3,000 + 10% VAT = €3,300.
  3. Contract signing: 10% + VAT of the total (minus the €3,300 reservation).
  4. 10% deferred, spread over approximately 18 instalments during construction.
  5. Remaining 80% on delivery or mortgage financing (Q3 2028).

Step 2 · Pay the reservation

Once you have reviewed the documentation, you can formalise the reservation with a payment of €3,300 (€3,000 + 10% VAT).

Step 3 · Sign the contract

After the reservation, the contract will be signed with 10% + VAT of the total, deducting the €3,300 already paid. The remainder will be spread in instalments during construction and on delivery.
